I had a Supersport 286, they run on 12V DC, they work just fine plugged straight into a ciggie lighter.

Why does it get 4 stars for realism (a pretty high rating), given the fairly negative comment regarding realism: "It is used in a moving truck, where there would be no power and nowhere to plug in the modem"??
