I hired on first with GE servicing computer hardware, then the service dept was bought by Honeywell. The Epson QX-10 was my first personal computer. I believe I paid around $3,000 for it and it would run both DOS and VALdocs (WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get)) from two 5 1/4 floppies, double density.
