Dave Munroe is a lowly bank accountant who one day mysteriously get promoted to assistant manager, but with a meagre salary increase. Fed up with his lot, he plots to steal money from the bank in the form of loans, make a profit betting in Las Vegas, and return the money before anyone notices.
