Oh hey, this little guy's a DC-2 by Android Amusement Corp. It's actually a VIC-20 mounted in the drink tray, which yes, that's what it is under his chest, haha. Looking at old pics and ads of the DC-2, it seems they were also offered with either an Atari 400 or TI-99/4A as well.
