Both the receptionist at the genetics research company and Daniel Clamp's secretary have Mac Pluses.
In both cases, the keyboard is not plugged in.

The keyboard cannot be plugged in, because it is an Apple ADB keyboard which has a different connector to the Mac Plus.

The keyboard is an ADB keyboard from a Mac SE. It can't be plugged into the Mac Plus. Regards.
