This is one of Lazlo's machines.
The HPs appear all over campus - in the boys' room, the lab and Jerry's office.
One of these computers appears to control the laser.
Lazlo uses his Symbolics 3600 to re-program the guidance system of the laser, sabotaging its test as a military weapon.
